I like the app, but Im giving a one star review to get their attention. The program crashes too often. And sometimes it loses the progress when it refreshes. It even loses the energy and stars that youve used. Meaning that the star is gone but the progress is not. Even with the new update it remains crashing. So I hope they can fix it soon.

Cool story, nice animation but awful translation of items to be searched, most probably by an online translation app! Therefore, often the wrong term is used for hidden objects so that the player loses time or has to click for accidently finding the objects. Either focus only on an English version or let a real translator do the job. Otherwise it will be hard to find foreign players.

Game lasted about 15 mins then froze.

Love sherlock and love the storyline!

At first I had a few issues with the game...not loading, energy not refilling, missing diamonds, BUT the game developers took care of the problems quickly and customer service was, quite frankly, actual customer service. They deserve an A+ for that alone.

The game keeps kicking me out of the game. Please fix this problem so I can enjoy it & give a five star rating.

The game is really nice, the riddles are well structured, you can solve them with just a bit of thinking and overall its very enjoyable but there are some issues that make the game frustrating. For instance the game suddenly crashes (very often) and makes you lose the recent progress. I give 2 stars hoping the developers will fix the issues because the game really deserves 5 stars!

I really like the game, BUT.....it times out a lot because I have a poor connection sometimes, and when I get back into the game, I have to do old pieces of the story over again which happens a lot! I am not liking that at all. Please fix this! It still has not been fixed! Please help! I really like the game, but am very frustrated with not being able to play. And most recently when it times out and I lose my connection, I lose my points! Your new update did not fix anything for me!

I appreciate the concept. I do however have several issues. There is no means of communication, when an issue arises. You are left fumbling around trying grasp the game , because there at no rules available. This game reminded of why I prefer to purchase games. Gaining gems or energy is exhausting at best, watching tedious videos to not receive the measly 15 energy points and last but not least I will not purchase any more of the deals. I purchased for $1.99 50 gems and 45 energy. Said the purchase was successful all 3 times none of the purchase have been available for use. I will be contacting Apple to make them aware of the theft.

I love this game but hate that you cannot play long due to how much energy is required to play. 5 energies makes more since then 15.

The Game is a nice game but would like to know how long is it gonna take for the game to be updated from the continuation of the lost bride erc.etc.

This game is all screwed up on the iPad Pro. They specified a maximum height but allowed 100% width so it looks ridiculous. No worries though as this game is a joke on the genre.

Really engaging game, but your depiction of Mouse is an offensive stereotypical depiction of an Asian male; it is highly reminiscent of the "Japanese" buck tooth character in the Breakfast at Tiffanys movie. Please consider changing his appearance in a way thats less offensive.

The game crashes/refreshes constantly and then takes too long to re-load. Please fix this or I will have no choice but to delete.

I did an in app purchase and when it didnt show I did another thinking I didnt push the right button. Neither have shown up. The game is ok. The farther you get in the more energy it requires which slows game play unless you purchase additional items.
